Maintenance

Flying Tiger Web Design can provide maintenance to your web site at a reasonable rate, allowing you to focus on your business.

Invoice Method

Invoices are usually sent by e-mail, unless another billing method is requested by you and agreed upon by both parties. Invoices are expected to be paid fully and promptly with no further reminders. If payment is more than 15 days past due, Late Fees will apply.

Payment Methods

Our preferred method is electronic payment directly into the company account. Details of the account are given on all quotations and invoices. PayPal payment is possible but due to the fees involved an additional charge of 3% will be added to the bill. Finally, payment can also be made with a paper cheque, but all cheques will be held for 10 days, or until the cheque is cleared by the bank.

Late Charges

If payment has not been received within 15 days of agreement and completion, an additional fee of HK $300 will be added to the final payment. The late payment fee will be reapplied every 15 days until the payment is made in full. If there are extenuating circumstances, please e-mail us immediately to discuss your options.
